What is the minimum rental period?
We have a minimum rental period of 3 days!
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes and here are the rules and terms of cancelation:
Do I get a refund if I cancel my trip?
We have a strict cancelation policy on all our vehicles!
Reservation deposit (50% of full trip cost) is non-refundable
If the renter has paid in full and the booking is canceled more than 14 days prior to booking start date, a partial refund of 50% of the full rental amount (minus fees) is issued
If canceled and the renter has only paid the reservation deposit, no refund is issued
If canceled less than 14 days prior to booking start date, no refund is issued
How do I pay for the rental?
All payments will be done by credit card.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes the deposit $1500 is 100% refundable when the trip ends.
Will I be charged for the miles that I drive?
No All our vehicles are 100% Unlimited Miles!
Can I go anywhere with my rental? (Mexico, Canada?)
The insurance covers the vans in the US and Canada but unfortunately not in Mexico.
How do I get from the airport to you?
We recommend Uber or Lyft to get you to our pick up location.
Can I add extras after I have already booked?
Yes off course, If available it will be no problem to add extras to your trip!
How far ahead should I book the camper van?
Try to book your trip at least 2 months ahead of your trip. Especially in the peak seasons it will be harder to rent a camper van and a spot on camp grounds!
Is roadside assistance included?
Roadside assistance is mandatory and we offer this feature when you are booking your trip. It only cost $12-, a day.
How many people fit in the camper van?
The amount of people the law allows is equal to the amount seatbelts in the car.

Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately we do not due to damages and extra cleaning
Can I bring my kids? Are there car seats for them?
If the amount of seatbelts allow it then feel free to bring the kids!
