What happens if I return my rental later than the specified time?
If you are more than a hour late we will have to charge a whole day. If the late return interferes with another booking, the late fee is the full daily rate each eight hour period the vehicle is late plus an additional $100 administrative fee. (this is what our terms and agreement says)
Do I have to clean the campervan before returning it?
Yes please. We expect you to return the van how you received it. In the unlikely event that you do not, we will have to charge a $50 cleaning fee.
Can I park my car at you depot while we travel?
Unfortunately we do not have enough parking spaces for you to leave your vehicle behind. We will work with you and try to help you with parking in the neighborhood!
How do I pick-up/drop-off the vehicle?
Our pick up time is between 9:00AM and 12:00PM please try to be on time and keep in mind that the pick-up process will take about 45 minutes!
What happens if I pick up the rental late?
Please let us know if you will be arriving later than the agreed upon time. We will try to accommodate you the best we can!
